Purchase Terms
These terms apply to paid EVORENTIS digital resources and online purchases. Read them alongside the product description and Digital Content Licence before ordering.
Seller and contract
The seller is EVORENTIS LTD, company number 17441068, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 111 New Union Street, Coventry, England, CV1 2NT. Email: contact@evorentis.com. The website will provide the required business details, product description, total price, tax information where applicable, payment method and access/delivery information before an order is placed. The checkout will make clear when an order carries an obligation to pay.
Ordering, payment and delivery
Add resources to your basket, review the items and total, and correct any errors before continuing to Stripe checkout. Payment is made in pounds sterling using the methods shown at checkout. The product page and checkout show the price and any applicable tax. There is no physical delivery charge for digital downloads. After payment is verified, follow the secure delivery instructions supplied with your order. If access does not arrive or a link fails, contact us with your order reference. Orders and support are handled in English.
Digital content
Digital resources may be supplied by download link, secure access or another method described at checkout. Where a consumer asks for immediate digital supply during a statutory cancellation period, EVORENTIS will obtain the required express request and acknowledgement before supply begins.
Licence and intellectual property
Purchase does not transfer ownership of EVORENTIS intellectual property. Digital content is licensed under the EVORENTIS Digital Content Licence.
Faults and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Services
Advisory, assessment facilitation, workshops, coaching or interim leadership may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work or services agreement which takes precedence for that service.
