Digital Content Licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, EVORENTIS paid downloads are licensed for the purchaser's own internal use. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of EVORENTIS methodologies, templates or content.

What the standard licence allows

The purchaser may download and store the resource, use it within the purchaser's own organisation, adapt editable working copies for internal operational use, enter its own business data and make reasonable internal backup/print copies.

What is not permitted without written permission

Resale, sublicensing, public redistribution, republishing substantial content, presenting EVORENTIS content as another person's product, using the content to create a competing commercial product or supplying it as a paid deliverable to third-party clients are not permitted under the standard licence.

Customer data and outputs

The customer retains ownership of its own data and original content entered into a resource. EVORENTIS retains ownership of the underlying framework, methodology, instructions, design and pre-existing content.

Expanded licences

Team, enterprise, consultant, reseller, white-label or training-provider use may require a separate written licence.
