WHY EVORENTIS EXISTS

I built EVORENTIS because improvement should leave a business stronger, not more dependent.

After nearly three decades across engineering, manufacturing, operations and business leadership, I kept seeing the same pattern: organisations rarely lack effort or ideas. What they often lack is the time, clarity and experienced support to identify the issue that really matters, quantify its impact and turn improvement into a result that lasts.

That is why I created EVORENTIS. I wanted to bring together the parts of the work I value most — solving difficult operational problems, developing people, creating structure from complexity and helping leaders turn ambition into measurable performance. The aim is simple: work with you, not around you; use evidence rather than noise; and leave behind stronger people, better systems and the capability to keep improving after the engagement ends.

High-performing organisations don't happen by accident.

Our vision is to become the UK's most trusted operational performance advisory.

Our mission is to build high-performing organisations by developing leaders and improving operational performance.

THE NAME

Evolution + Direction + Enterprise Performance.

EVORENTIS is a coined name built around the idea of helping an organisation understand where it is, decide where it needs to go and build the capability to get there.

EVOEvolution — sustainable improvement.
ORIENTDirection — where you are, where you're going and what is in the way.
ENTEnterprise — applying the thinking across the organisation, not one sector.

MEASURABLEPERFORMANCE
THE EVORENTIS MARK

Continuous improvement+Measurable performance

The circular form can be read as a continuous-improvement cycle: movement, evolution and the refusal to stand still.

The central geometry suggests measurement, alignment and performance. Put together, the mark represents a simple idea: improvement should lead to a result you can see and measure.

Find it. Quantify it. Close it.

WHY EXPERIENCE MATTERS

Best practice gives you the tools. Experience tells you when, where and how to use them.

Training, frameworks and recognised best practice matter. But real operations are rarely textbook: priorities compete, data is imperfect, resources are constrained and the organisation still has to perform while change is being delivered.

EVORENTIS combines proven approaches with the practical know-how that comes from leading teams, solving operational problems, delivering change and being accountable for the result.

Not theory for theory's sake. Tried, tested and applied experience.

Simon Gore

Operational leadership grounded in real delivery — and a belief that improvement should leave people and organisations stronger.

My background spans nearly 30 years in engineering, manufacturing, operations and business leadership, including automotive, battery industrialisation, automation and e-commerce.

I have led engineering and operational teams, industrialisation programmes, performance recovery and transformation. An Executive MBA in Strategy and an engineering degree help me connect operational decisions to business priorities.

My role is to help your team understand the facts, focus on what matters and sustain measurable improvement. Start a conversation →
